Currently his portfolio includes such prize properties as 40 Wall Street, Trump World Tower, Trump International Hotel & Tower. Complicated partnerships make ascertaining net worth difficult, and New Yorkers will tell he’s “nowhere as rich as you think he his.” but there's no confusing the success of West Side rail yard residential development: 80-acre parcel bought for $80 million in 1985 now fetching more than $2,000 per square foot. An avid golfer, Trumps first West Coast Venture, a golf course in Palos Verdes, is just about open. He’s now working on a new 18-hole golf course in Bedminster, N.J.
